We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are final sale.

Wholesale customers are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This exclusion does not limit your rights regarding defective or unsafe products, as provided by applicable law.
Retail Orders

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, you must process your request via our Start a Return page.

Items returned without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. For those items, see below.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the issue.

Please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged or defective items and a description of the damage or defect when contacting us.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Conditions

Returned items must be in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box and in resalable condition, and with any tag, labels and shrink-wrap that might have been used on the product when it arrived untorn and unbroken.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of our warehouse's receipt and confirmation of the condition of the goods.
